Swap out junk food for fresh produce, dried fruit, nuts and other healthy snacks. When hunger strikes, you will be able to reach for something sensible in order to stay on track.

It's easy to consume tons of empty calories through drinks alone, so choose wisely. Sodas are, of course, far too high in calories and sugar.
